Questions hiring managers ask
Is there any upfront cost?
No. There is no retainer or deposit. You pay a one-time placement fee only after your hire stays 60 days.
Do we have to work with you exclusively?
No. Our agreement is non-exclusive, so you can keep using other recruiters and job boards.
What roles do you recruit for?
Mostly entry-level and early-career sales roles: SDRs, account executives, outside sales reps and account managers.
Do you offer training for new hires?
Yes. We can build custom training around how your team sells, or you can send new hires to our Overland Park office for training for a fee.
How quickly will we see candidates?
We start sourcing right after the intake call and share candidates as soon as they have been screened.
Do you only recruit in Arizona?
No. Our Tempe team supports the Phoenix valley, and we recruit for companies across the country.
