Our History
Klutch MFM started with a simple idea: help former athletes turn their competitive drive into successful sales careers. As we grew, we found our niche recruiting Division II, Division III, and NAIA athletes, along with select Division I talent. We also realized that great salespeople aren't just athletes—they're people with the same grit, resilience, and competitive mindset.
As the brand evolved, so did our process. Today, we recruit driven, entry-level sales talent from all backgrounds. We also provide inside sales training with Tony Sowers and AI coaching and role-play platforms to help candidates build the skills they need to succeed from day one.
