What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and door-to-door sales
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Build lasting relationships with clients and identify opportunities for long-term growth
• Manage your territory independently while collaborating with leadership
• Participate in regular check-ins with leadership and ongoing coaching to support your success

What We're Looking For

• Strong business development and prospecting experience
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person sales visits
• Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Stable work history
• Degree preferred
• Candidates with athletic or competitive backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• This role is best suited for experienced sales professionals rather than recent college graduates

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 base compensation
• Uncapped commission with significant earning potential
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Fully remote opportunity
